Common questions
How much is a ticket?
Tickets start from SAR 100. Normal 100, VIP 130, VVIP 160 — pick your tier, every seat plays. Children under six enter free with a seated adult.
What time does it start and finish?
Doors at 7:00 PM, the show starts at 7:30 PM and finishes by about 10:30 PM — three hours. Come at doors if you want a good seat; the partner films and the Player ID scan run during that half hour, and the partner teams are already on the floor.
What happens at the interval?
It is a twenty-minute break built into the middle of the show, at 8:55 PM. Partner teams take the floor, guests come to them, and the host walks the room making introductions. It is how customers meet the businesses and how the businesses meet the community.
Is it suitable for families?
Yes — family seating is kept together, the atmosphere is respectful, and there is a children's round each edition run with parental consent. Book in one order to be seated in one row.
Where is the venue?
The Riyadh edition (Friday 16 October 2026) is at the Mohammed Al-Ali Theater, Boulevard City, Riyadh. For future editions, the city is confirmed when tickets go on sale and the exact venue is announced two weeks before each edition, once the contract and permits are final. Ticket holders are notified by WhatsApp and email.
How does a small business get in front of the room?
The Screen Partner package at SAR 3,000 — your business profile on the main screen, your name read from the stage, and your team on the floor at the interval. That reaches the whole hall at once instead of the few people who happen to walk past you.
How late can a sponsor come in?
Artwork deadline is ten days before the edition, so a package can be agreed up to about two weeks out. Named rounds and the Diamond position usually go earlier than that.
Do you guarantee sales or leads?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We commit to the placements in your package and to a written report of what was delivered and how it performed. What happens with the room after that is down to your team.
